RGT Client Survey - The results are in!!

 

We recently conducted an independent survey of our clients regarding our service and the response was overwhelmingly positive.  We are gratified that our efforts to provide superior service to our clients is recognized and appreciated.   

 

Summary of Results

 

·         We received a 4.7 (out of 5.0) in Overall Satisfaction;

·         94% of our clients said they would refer RGT to their friends and family;

·         94% of our clients stated that RGT adds value above and beyond investment performance;

·         92% said they had a strong personal relationship with their advisor; and

·         96% said that their calls and emails were returned promptly.
